Joe Byrne is a singer/songwriter from Liverpool currently living in London. He has managed to build up a strong following over the last few years and had several songs played on the BBC unsigned show in three separate countries. He also gained critical acclaim for his live performances in local news papers in particular the youth magazine ‘Massive’ who dubbed him ‘most promising new artist.’
After a spur of interest from radio listeners the label ‘Twist Records’ released two of Joe’s songs on their independent label he also released his own self released E.P entitled ‘Stanley Street’ to great reviews around the same time. He is currently working on new songs and planning more gigs in London. His main influences are the Beatles, Bob Dylan and Franz Ferdinand. He is still working without Management or a record/publishing contract
